**Key Responsibilities:**
· Ensure financial accuracy in reporting and billing processes.
· Maintain operational efficiency across business processes.
· Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate standards.
· Manage customer accounts, including invoicing, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
· Prepare internal financial reports and statutory filings (e.g., VAT, FNPF).
· Conduct financial and operational analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
· Create executive summaries highlighting cost and profit metrics.
· Collaborate with internal teams to support Time & Materials (T&M) billing.
· Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
· Utilize tools such as MYOB, Oracle, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
· Support accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
· Maintain accurate documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
· Assist with other duties as assigned by the Manager.
**Qualifications:**
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in business operations or financial analysis.
· Proficiency in MYOB and other ERP systems.
· Strong accounting knowledge, including VAT filing and FNPF processes.
· Experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
· Skilled in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
· Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
· Strong analytical skills in accounting and finance.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
· Effective communication and organizational abilities.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
